Homestead is an ideal size for the first building on new land. Building codes in some counties may allow 200 sqft or less without needing building permits (check with your building department).
Interior gives room for bed, tables, chairs, sofa and kitchenette.
These beautiful bamboo homes are easy to assemble in a few days. They are bolted together and can be disassembled and moved to another location if you later change your site plan.
Modular Octa Hales an be attached in a row or a triangle with an interior courtyard or living area with a roof. Attached octagons can be the same size or a combination of sizes.
